On January 17, 2012, Iason Hellenic Shipping Co. Ltd (IHS) took delivery of M/V Caravos Triumph, an 81,664 dwt Kamsarmax bulk carrier which has been added to the fleet under management. The vessel was built at SPP Shipbuilding's Sacheon shipyard in Korea and flies the Maltese Flag.

It is the first of two 82,000 dwt dry bulk vessels on order and one of a very few Kamsarmaxes in service carrying SPP's latest design.

This milestone represents the first vessel delivery for 2012, being part of a new building investment programme established in 2010. Following completion of such program, IHS will have reached an annual cargo carrying capacity of circa 2 million tonnes whilst forming the basis for one of the most modern fleets in the industry.
